My personal renewal reminder that "Meaning In Life" is something I am building with every action I take and choice I make in my life....please let mine reflect what I treasure and value most...

Coffee and Habits....

I never miss a cup of coffee in the morning. My whole household knows I will do that first thing in the morning. Habit- why do we allow some habit and fight others? (Sip of coffee here) Exercise, regular exercise has been my "fight" I love exercising when I do it. It allowing time in my day for it has been a struggle for the last 10 years. Is it how I value (or don't) it?

I am on a mission to create sustainable habit in my life around the topics I value most and health is one of them. No one has to make me sleep I am pretty good at it. So more doing and less drama about the very things that give me Quality of LIFE: hydrate, exercise, sleep and nourishment (food, emotional, spiritual, etc) another sip of coffee inserted here. Please join me on this journey and we can explore your Doing not Drama as well!
